CRM and commerce automation

A custom CRM for managing every sales channel

We build a standalone system or extend our CMS, PrestaShop or OpenCart into one workspace for products, orders, customers and marketplaces.

System format

The CRM is built around your processes, not someone else's template

We keep the platform your team knows or create a standalone product. Either way, the business gets unified rules, data and control.

01

Standalone custom CRM

We design roles, pipelines, customer records, orders, tasks, reports and automation without the limits of an off-the-shelf CMS.

02

Built on our CMS

A faster launch on a proven core with the required modules, access rights and integrations.

03

PrestaShop as CRM

We extend the admin area to manage products, warehouses, orders, customers and external sales channels.

04

OpenCart as CRM

We add workspaces, statuses, automated actions, reports and two-way marketplace connectors.

05

ERP and warehouse connection

We synchronize product records, stock, reservations, prices, documents and fulfillment statuses.

06

Growth without rebuilding

New channels connect through separate adapters without changing the core or existing integrations.

Architecture

One data model and a dedicated adapter for every channel

The CRM remains the source of truth while the integration layer translates its data into each marketplace format and returns orders back.

01

Unified identifiers

We map SKU, EAN, variants, categories and external IDs so one product remains the same product in every system.

02

Queues and priorities

Critical stock and orders are handled first while mass catalog updates run in controlled batches.

03

Retries without duplicates

A failed request can be retried without creating a second order or applying stock changes twice.

04

Conflict rules

We define which system has priority for price, stock, content and status before synchronization starts.

Data flows

We synchronize more than stock and prices

The exact flows depend on channel capabilities and business logic. Below is a typical full integration scope.

01

Products and content

Titles, descriptions, categories, attributes, images, brands, variants, barcodes and channel-specific validation.

CONTENT → CHANNELS
02

Prices and availability

Base and promotional prices, stock by warehouse, reservations, minimum quantities, availability and handling time.

CRM → MARKETPLACES
03

Orders and customers

Order lines, totals, permitted contact data, payment, delivery, channel commission and responsible manager.

MARKETPLACES → CRM
04

Fulfillment and returns

Confirmation, statuses, tracking numbers, shipment, cancellation, returns and alerts for problematic operations.

STATUS ↔ STATUS

Synchronization cycle

What happens after a product change or a new order

Outbound and inbound flows run independently but share identifiers, rules, queues and logs.

OUTBOUND FLOW

Products, prices and stock move to the channels

  1. 01

    One change in the CRM

A manager or ERP updates a product, price, promotion or available quantity in the central system.

  2. 02

    Normalization and mapping

The system locates external IDs and converts fields, categories and attributes for the target channel.

  3. 03

    Requirement validation

Required attributes, formats, images, price and allowed values are checked before sending.

  4. 04

    Queue and batch delivery

Changes are grouped, prioritized and sent within the marketplace API limits.

  5. 05

    Result confirmation

The CRM stores the channel response, publication status and any error that can be fixed and retried.

INBOUND FLOW

The order returns to the central system

  1. 01

    Event reception

The CRM receives a webhook or polls the channel API when instant notifications are unavailable.

  2. 02

    Validation and import

The external ID prevents duplicates, products are matched by SKU and order data is normalized.

  3. 03

    Stock reservation

Quantity is reserved in the correct warehouse and the order receives a route and responsible manager.

  4. 04

    Other channels update

The new available quantity becomes a priority event and is distributed to other marketplaces.

  5. 05

    Statuses and shipment

Confirmation, cancellation, tracking and fulfillment return to the channel in its supported format.

Successful cases

Channels already running through our synchronizations

PrestaShop and OpenCart operate as the central CRM: they send catalog, prices and stock, receive orders and return fulfillment statuses.

Proof of experience

We will show real synchronizations in action

On request, we provide a private demonstration of live dashboards, data exchange, operation logs, order processing and error handling without exposing client-confidential information.

New channel

We will build the synchronization specifically for you

If the required marketplace, ERP, delivery service or supplier is not among our ready connectors, we study its API or feed, build an adapter, test it and connect it to the shared workflow.

Reliability

Synchronization must explain every action it takes

We build both data exchange and control tools so the team can see every channel's status and intervene safely.

Retries and queues

Temporary API failures do not lose operations: the system retries them on schedule and preserves order.

Duplicate protection

A repeated request does not duplicate an order, payment, shipment or stock adjustment.

API limits

The queue respects each channel's limits, splits bulk operations into batches and controls throughput.

Alerts

Critical errors, delays, stock mismatches and problematic orders are routed to the responsible team immediately.

Technology base

Platform, data and integrations work as one system

We choose the stack around existing infrastructure, catalog size, exchange frequency and number of channels.

Implementation stages

We launch channel by channel without stopping sales

The integration moves from data audit to a controlled production launch with monitoring.

  1. 01

    Audit

Processes, roles, catalogs, warehouses, channels and sources of truth.

  2. 02

    Exchange model

Fields, IDs, data directions, frequency and conflict rules.

  3. 03

    Connector

Authorization, API or feed adapter, mapping and logging.

  4. 04

    Test environment

Real examples, errors, rate limits, duplicates and load.

  5. 05

    Staged launch

One flow or product group first, then the full catalog and orders.

  6. 06

    Monitoring

Queues, errors, performance, mismatches and API changes under control.
